I'm 7

I've said it before, I'll say it again. I eat like a child.

Exhibit a: dry cereal. I seriously can't stop with the Cheerios lately.
Exhibit b: anyone who knows me at least 2% knows that jelly beans are part of my daily diet. I don't know.
Exhibit c: pretzels. This one started when I got pregnant almost 2 years ago and hasn't quit since. Pretzels are probably the one food that didn't get vetoed after morning sickness for any significant amount of time.

Thankfully, children also tend to eat baby carrots and apples and yogurt, which are also daily staples of mine. Not to say that I don't love a good grown up meal, but it's just so simple to grab an apple, or some Cheerios. And don't tell me you don't love some dry cereal now and then.

I swear if Milo's current love of teddy grahams continues much longer we are in serious trouble because those are my favorite.

Anyone else catch themselves eating like a little kid? I guess this will be a convenient thing for the next 15 years of my life while I have small children. Might as well embrace it.

  2. Veggie straws are great for kids, and I love them so much. Although I don't share my flavored straws and give the kids plain ones instead.
