Tortilla Miracles

I go through food phases. I eat the same thing every day until I get sick of it, then I switch it out. Right now I'm on a breakfast kick of a Dannon Light n Fit Greek Yogurt (blueberry- oh my yum!) and a tortilla spread with nutella. I love my carbs (and I eat way too many- working on it), and am also always trying to sneak in extra fiber because let's be honest everyone likes to be regular and protein because I don't eat meat. 

Recently a friend recommended La Tortilla Factory low carb, high fiber tortillas to me.

  2. OMG. I do the same thing. I'm particularly bad about it with yogurt. I can eat it non-stop... then I get turned off of it for a LONG time... and then I go back to it!
